It took me awhile to get my tubby fingers on these snaps but i finally did....I'm hearing it was the bomb!!The 'Fiesta Jipanguse' fever had spread across the city like some wild bush fire in the Savannah. Some fans even exaggerated the real meaning of the theme of the gig. 'Comp tickets' Bongo men and women are never short of lies.
The tickets were sold out on a crowd of 15000! i can barely imagne the frustrating traffic rush hour that might have existed that day! Look at that crowd.
what made my day was when Lil Kim called Juma Nature up on stage, sang and danced wit em!
Duh..Nature Kapendedha eh?!....Gademit!!!!..ka P.didy?!!! lol!
she called on stage Juma Nature from the TMK whom she called a friend....I dont know about y'all but I'm heairng rumours that in the near future theres gon be a collabo from these two...watch out...
Dress sense was glamorous,'sista duus' were all dressed up ready to party... a cheerful and youthful crowd that packed the venue had a fine taste for fashion.Everyone was as western as possible! It was paisley getups, tank tops and hot pants aandall that Jazz!
As for the young men, it was Bling blings like crazy! The usual Dar es Salaam swagger!
The kinky rapper was ushered on stage after 2 p.m with fireworks that lit the dark Dar skies forming lovely patterns, much to the excitement of the youthful audience. She went on stage in a show stopper gold black and white outfit that covered just enough with a pink scurf shouting 'Jipanguseeeee', driving fans into frenzy, now that was tingly moment....
35-year-old Queen Bee did songs that she recorded from way back when she was with the Junior Mafia from her albums 'Conspiracy', 'Hard Core' with hits like 'No Time' and 'Crush on You', 'The Notorious KIM', 'La Bella Mafia' and 'The Naked Truth'.With fans dancing to her tunes as she constantly called out the 'Tanzania Jipanguse,' slogan...
