the words read “Rebelle Fleur” printed in barely visible ink on the back of her neck…which is french for “rebel/rebellious flower.”... i don't even have the guts to get intsy bitsy tat on my hand..i deal with basically paint ons....they work I tell ya..you remove em and paint anther one every 3 months...im jis too chicken to get a real tat.
