Its a crazy world out there now... Kim Kardashians Suing people who look like her, Christian Louboutin is suing YSL for using the red sole... I know what you're thinking, it is a signature 'red sole'...but apparently you cant sue another designer against 'a color' as the court said
Random Thought, unless of course, Mr. Louboutin patents the color red and charges the crayon companies & the food dye companies for using it

Versace created a similar Solework For Their spring summer 2008, but they werent exactly red...somewhat orange...


PS. The Red Sole has been around since the 1600s on France's King Louis XIV So Louboutin Didnt actually invent them...
A quick look back at the history of Men and Heels...
