Ms Werner and Ralph Mothes had headed out to Table Bay on their yacht in fine weather before catching sight of the whale in the distance.Cutting the engine, they floated for an hour watching the whale. My question is honestly speaking here...you see a whale coming and you stop to WATCH!!!?? This is Africa, When you see danger..you ummmhhh..run away from it...or chances are it will either eat you ,kill you, or pretty much both.
So what do you do when you're in the middle of the ocean and a whale attacks, do you run? Jump in the water? hide? The very unlucky couple who were whale-watching off Cape Town( South Africa) had a 10m (33ft) Whale leap on to their yacht. The southern right whale, as I've heard
The couple limited time to hide though i wonder where and some dimwit who should've been calling for help caught the whole scene on camera.
"Our boat's engine was off and so the whale just didn't know we were there," "I still like whales, We were just the wrong boat, in the wrong place at the wrong time." Ms Werner believes it was an 'accident' since the southern right whale navigates by sound. Accident or no accident, I'd be suing somebody dry..anybody....the rangers, wildlife managers..
Damage done to boat Ms Werner says the damage may cost £8,500 to repair, wow, aint that crazy, i mean you buy ur yatch its insured, fire, robbery, everything and you're out sailing, whats the worse that could happpen ey?... out of nowhere a whale comes and rips it... Damn, insurance aint gonna buy this...I'd find someone to sue then and there..That why i always say...when you holding or cruising in something expensive...Pray!
