Erykah Badu and her ' Butt Naked' Charges
Erykah Badu's naked stroll through downtown Dallas, Texas, for a music video has earned her a disorderly conduct citation. She shed her clothes as she walked through Dealey Plaza until she was nude and then fell near where President John F. Kennedy was assassinated. So am thinking, is she on drugs? How the hell do you walk naked down the street, unrehearsed, people present, just like that, I used to peep twice before I walk back to my room from the bathroom and I'd be in a towel or bathrobe!!!
Badu said the video was "shot guerrilla style," without a crew and in one take March 17.
A Dallas Police spokeswoman said earlier in the week that they wanted to press charges against Badu because children were present, but no one had called police or filed a complaint that day.Police now have their witness, witnessed went forward to file charges days after the incident. check out her the Vidoe window seat on her website..www.erykahbadu.com
A citation of misdemeanor disorderly conduct has been mailed to Badu, who is a Dallas resident, and police said the charge that best fits her conduct when she disrobed in a public place without disregard to other individuals and children who were in close proximity, If convicted, Badu could be fined $500.. $500 bucks? for walking butt naked..Heck ama try it too...get me some attention...jail the silly arse Gademit!!! atleast for one friggin week, dont let children think u can get off the hook for walkin naked in $500
but why BaDU?? why????
She did post a series of short messages on Twitter last weekend, soon after the "Window Seat" video was released on her Web site. She tweeted that "there were children there. i prayed they wouldnt b traumatized."
You prayed they wouldn't be traumatized? Pray Harder for their parents Badu coz they gonna be coughin up a couple of big buckls trying to get your image off their children's minds!! I know the video world demands creactivity but have we come to this!!!
