WHY ARE CHILD STARS SO ...UUMMHHH..MESSED UP?

 So i was watching Larry King Live and I saw the kid from Different 'Willis' whose real name is Todd Bridges, wrote a book called Killing Willis..and yatta yatta( those werent the exact words, the title was just boring)

Larry asked him a question that has been on my mind for a while, Why are child stars so messed up? so many issues, Gary Coleman himself is having issues with drugs.
