Well I stumbled upon something worth sharing...
Our Body Issues, For So long I argued that women dont do things for just men, but do we? Do we strive to look Good Just for men, do we make our hair to be noticed, just for men, do we work out every single friggin day from Zumba to silly work out routines some that invovle Butt squishing..just for men...But Mostly Do We do Crash diets every single week trying to be a certain size , Just For Men or is so that we can feel good in our skin..? Whats The answer to that? Coz Im stuck between, Yes I want someone/people to notice me and I want to be hotter than that Model on that Cover right there...
Or are Weight Issues caused by Men? Plus Size, Size Zero, due to male preference?..I mean, Men love large breasts, so breast implants procedures sky rocket, Men love Big behinds so thousands of girls try to make their 'Behinds' Kushier ..from butt pads to Surgeries to Chinese procedures...
Do men love Skinny girls? Is that the cause of our 'Weight Issues' the reason why we desperately trrry to fit in smaller sizes...?
NO...
According Men on a recent piece I've read on Ask Men, Women's Body Issues Are Their Fault, Not Ours, Is it Hypocritical that they put a fun ways to lose weight video right next to this article..YES! But then they continue..
Many women believe it is men who force the ideal of the size-three figure on a woman, but it's not -- it's other women. As comedienne Carol Leifer wrote for a Seinfeld episode where Jerry and George ask Elaine how women torture each other if not by giving wedgies, she replies: “We just tease her about a body part until she develops an eating disorder.”
If you want the truth, ask a comedian. It’s advertising and fashion that lie. Are those male-dominated? Well, fashion is, but I doubt that most male designers really have much more than a professional interest in women's breasts and asses. The women’s publications are not run or written by men -- and in a recent Marie Claire blog post, a female writer penned a brutal review of the show Mike & Molly for daring to show overweight people on TV. That show, meanwhile, has actually climbed to the top of the CBS lineup. The viewing public speaks.
Read Case In Point, Maura Kelly Who was a Marie Claire author who attacked television "fatties," and you will understand why it is women themselves are to blame for 'Weight preference'
