Illegal to fart, how would I live?
I understand Not Farting in Public..but how does not Farting ( Which is a natural body action btw) make me a responsible citizen? I mean sometimes, Stuff Just happens, you dont expect it, it just happens.....Most ladies Wont even talk about this... oh well,,its just la princessa.....i say anything

The bill, reports say, also deals with citizens who hinder the burial of dead bodies as well as people who pretend to be fortune tellers.The bill, which has generated mixed feelings in Malawi, will cover other offenses including the carrying of offensive weapons without lawful authority or reasonable excuse, fighting in public, challenging to fight a duel, deceiving witnesses, destroying evidence, escape and removal of property under lawful seizure.
