Katy has been spotted out in not one but three skintight PVC dresses in the past week.On June 9, she slipped into a colorful graphic dress and a bright purple wig for a performance on the finale of Germany's Next Top Model. A few days later, she stepped out in a hybrid Stars 'n Stripes/Union Jack dress on the evening of the USA vs. England World Cup game.

On Tuesday, the transformation into Malibu was nearly complete as Perry performed in a pink and green PVC halter dress in Times Square. Now most might say they are ummmhhh...uncomforatable.cheesy, they look cheap, but hey..she's pullin off the look great! can u beat that?...no sir! too bad am not that into plastic...I'd feel awkward..nylon, plastic, just doesnt do it for my attire
