Hillary Warns Africa of New Colonialism

Hillary as she arrives in Tanzania,at Julius Kambarage Nyerere Airport, welcomed by Tanzania's Foreign Affairs Minister Bernard Membe.. I bet Security is soo tight you cant even sneeze..wonder where she's staying at..When Bush was in Tzee a couple of years ago...the streets of Posta were Teja-Free if you know wot i mean, the nights were so silent it almost felt like another town, drowned with US officials, the  street kids we had grown to love were nowhere to be seen, the neighbour's children couldnt stop screaming that they saw 'Jack Bauer' hiding in one of the GMCs...the Movenpick waitresses acted like they didnt recognize us...Us.. their usual customers!..it was rather frustrating lol.. i can imagine the situation right now...The hustle of trying to keep Dar Es Salaam disciplined infront of 'The Visitors'

She gave a speech...beware of new colonialism...I guess she's trying to smack the leaders on their heads like 'Wake Up'  ooorr...the US is not too happy on how China is grabbing Africa..slowly..remember they have their own interests as well
African leaders must ensure that foreign projects are sustainable and benefit all their citizens, not only elites. We saw that during colonial times, it is easy to come in, take out natural resources, pay off leaders and leave,And when you leave, you don’t leave much behind for the people who are there. We don’t want to see a new colonialism in Africa.
She stated that United States didn’t want any foreign governments or investors to fail in Africa, but wanted to make sure that they give back to local communities. We don’t want them to undermine good governance, we don’t want them to basically deal with just the top elites, and frankly too often pay for their concessions or their opportunities to invest. We want them to do well, but also we want them to do good
PS: She said this in Zambia right before heading to Tanzania
