They say The technology behind the extra burn is Reebok have developed instability pods, which have been placed in the heel and the ball of the foot, where the weight is exerted on walking. As the heel strikes the ground, air in the balance pods shifts, creating a slightly unstable base. The leg muscles then correct the imbalance. The same occurs on the ball of the foot, and to a lesser extent on the toes.
Because the instabilities are small, the shoes do not make the wearer unstable; however over the course of a walk or jog, the benefits build up and make a significant difference to a workout.
But my ka- butt is still all grown and got a life of its own! From the scene i can tell it was all a man's idea..both the Nike ad and The Reebok Commercial...Men jis drool all over them! What better way to sell stuff than putting a woman's derriere on top of it.
